his home at 2471 W. Stadium Blvd, sleeping most nights on the new
couch in the snowboard section; his second choice being the cool &
quiet layaway room if the tech bench is cluttered.

The list goes on... Heidi
is Heidi, and without her, who knows what we'd be doing. Heidi does
just about everything around here, including servicing our many swim
teams like nobody else in the industry can.
Bob Parent
Founder / Co-Owner / Bootfitter
No man finds
more pure joy in waxing skis than Bob. With nearly 4 decades of
experience, few can do it better. It is also worth mentioning that
Bob is one of the most innovative ski bootfitters in the nation.
Literally nobody bring the experience, skill and knowledge to
bootfitting that Bob does (except maybe Rob, but he's had a lifetime
of access to a pretty good teacher). Bob is almost as adept at
the bridge table as he is at the tech bench.

paddled it. No other kayak retailer on the planet has Chuck....so
why would you ever shop anywhere else. Seriously though, Chuck gets
more "thank you" and holiday cards from the families he outfits with
boats than the rolling stones get care packages from fans containing
aspercreme.

Alex has
skied darn near every ski on the planet. It's a wonder we can even
get him to come to work in the winter. Alex is also a skilled ski
tech and specialized in helping our customers get the right
equipment for their experience level and the type of hills they ski.

Kim knows
snowboards and swim like few others do. She and Heidi work hard to
serve our valued program swim teams.

Anthony is
the guy we send out to test new skis each season. As long as you are
OK with being called "Dude" about 25 times per minute when talking
to Anthony, there is no better resource for information about the
latest skis.

Angie moved from
Manistee, where she was on a high school ski team. She's been
snowboarding for six years as well. Always in a good mood, Angela is
that smiling face you often see first when you walk through out
doors. As of late, Angie has also taken up the team-swim torch, and
can often be found at off-site fittings serving our program teams.

Best Ski Tech on the Planet
Bill tunes more skis
before 8am that most other shops will tune in a season. Nobody can
even come close to the quality of his work....unless you ask his
brother Bob.

Ok.....so Shane doesn't
actually work here...but he is here an awful lot! When it comes to
building displays or remodeling the shop Shane is our go-to guy.
He's also generally pretty cool.

Judy works hard to manage
our incoming inventory and to fulfill customer orders quickly. She's
also pretty darn friendly. Whether the plural of moose is moose,
mooses or meese, there seem to be about half a dozen stuffed ones
around her desk.
