Sun & Snow Announces Storage and Winter Care for Kayaks and Canoes

Sun & Snow Sports is excited to announce our new WinterCare^TM kayak maintenance program - available at no charge to all customers who purchase a kayak from Sun & Snow after April 1 2008. Included with any qualifying boat purchase is 5 years of end-of-summer service for your canoe or kayak. We also offer a V.I.P.  Program that includes winterizing and storing your boat here at our store!

Our basic service, included with the purchase of any canoe or kayak, entitles you to a complete inspection of each of your boat's hulls, deck rigging and all hardware. We also pressure wash and dry your boat, so that it will be clean and ready to go next season right out of your garage.

For a nominal fee of $175, customers who bought a canoe or kayak from Sun & Snow can purchase a 5 year membership in our V.I.P. program (very important paddler). V.I.P program members receive all the services included in our basic maintenance program plus annual application of UV protectant to the boat's hull, and inspection and resealing of bulkheads. V.I.P. members' boats are then shrink-wrapped to protect them from dings and scratches and stored on-site here at Sun & Snow from December 1 through May 31.  That's right - WE STORE YOUR BOAT FOR YOU! Customers who purchased boats from other retailers can purchase V.I.P program membership for only $275.

Bu wait, there's more! V.I.P. program members will be eligible to attend a member's only event once a year in March during which they will be entitled to 20% off any merchandise in the store. Over the course of 5 years, program membership more than pays for itself.
