A good snowboard setup should make riding easier, not fight you all day. Board shape, flex, profile, boots and bindings all affect how quickly the board responds, how confidently it holds an edge and how it feels under your feet.
That's why we start with the rider. Someone lapping Michigan groomers, riding park, chasing trees and side hits, or building a setup for trips out West may need very different equipment.

Don't Choose a Snowboard by Length Alone
Height is only part of the equation. Weight, boot size, ability, riding style, board width, shape and flex all matter. A rider with larger boots may need additional width, while someone focused on quick turns or freestyle riding may want something very different from a rider looking for stability and float.
The goal isn't to find a snowboard that falls inside a chart. It's to find one that works for you.
