The Role:
As a Ski & Snowboard Technician, you'll be responsible for tuning, repairing, and maintaining skis and snowboards. Whether it's adjusting bindings, waxing, or performing a full tune, your work will ensure our customers are safe and ready for the slopes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate assessments of repairs and perform ski/snowboard tuning, waxing, and mounting.
- Ensure all service tasks are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety protocols.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest ski and snowboard technologies through training.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong mechanical aptitude or experience working with tools and equipment. If you're good with your hands, we’ll teach you the rest!
- A passion for skiing or snowboarding.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays during the busy season.

Location: Plymouth & Ann Arbor, MI

The Role:
As a Custom Boot Fitter, you’ll work directly with customers to ensure their ski or snowboard boots are perfectly fitted for comfort, performance, and safety. Using specialized tools and techniques, you’ll make adjustments and modifications, helping customers find the best fit possible. If you enjoy problem-solving and hands-on work, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one with customers to fit and modify ski/snowboard boots to their specific needs.
- Use boot fitting techniques to ensure a proper fit, including heat molding, stretching, and alignment adjustments.
- Maintain and organize the boot fitting tools and equipment to keep the workspace efficient and clean.
- Stay updated on the latest boot fitting technologies and products through training sessions.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive and professional experience.

The Role:
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our store, providing customers with expert guidance, product recommendations, and personalized service. You'll help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, making sure every customer has an outstanding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and offer assistance with product selection.
- Provide expert product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and ensure products are stocked.
- Learn about our wide range of ski and snowboard products to provide customers with knowledgeable recommendations.
- Assist with store operations such as inventory management and restocking.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidates.
