2025–26 Ski & Snowboard Technician

Locations: Ann Arbor & Plymouth, MI • Part-time or Full-time

This position is perfect for mechanically minded individuals who enjoy problem solving and precision work. You will handle ski and snowboard mounting, tuning, and waxing using our state-of-the-art Wintersteiger Jupiter tuning system. Ski or snowboard experience is preferred, but not required. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.

  • Perform tuning, waxing, and binding adjustments on skis and snowboards
  • Operate Wintersteiger equipment and manual tools safely and efficiently
  • Assist customers with service inquiries and maintain clear communication with the front-of-house team
  • Keep work areas organized and ensure quick, accurate turnaround
Softgoods and apparel sales

2025–26 Apparel & Softgoods Sales Associate

Locations: Plymouth & Ann Arbor, MI • Part-time or Full-time

Join our retail floor team and help customers find the perfect outerwear, base layers, gloves, goggles, and accessories for their next adventure. You will provide personalized advice, maintain displays, and bring energy to the sales floor every day. Ski or snowboard experience is preferred.

  • Deliver excellent customer service with product recommendations for apparel and gear
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and restock displays
  • Stay informed about current ski and snowboard fashion trends
  • Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming shopping experience
