We offer a variety of shipping options based on the delivery location. Please add items to the cart and enter your shipping information for a rate quote and delivery date estimate.  Most shipments are delivered without a signature.  Please contact Customer Care to request signature required.

Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status of your package.


Using Package forwarders

We understand that many people outside the US will use a package forwarder to get their items abroad. Please be aware that Sun & Snow and Sun & Snow's shipping partners cannot be held liable for damage that may occur after the items are delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.

Return Policy

Effective Date: May 14, 2024

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the order shipment date.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Gift cards
  • Customized items
  • Team swim suits
  • Grab bag suits
  • Items discounted 50% or more
  • Eyewear (sunglasses and snow goggles)
  • Helmets

3. Process for Returns

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label.
  • Pack the items securely and attach the return shipping label.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

6. Shipping Costs
