Simple, reliable shipping

We offer several shipping options based on your delivery address. Add items to your cart and enter your address at checkout for a rate quote and estimated delivery date. Most shipments do not require a signature. If you prefer signature required, contact Customer Care and we will add it before the order ships.

Rates and delivery time

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method.
  • Delivery time varies by location and service. A tracking link will be emailed as soon as your order ships.

International shipping

Sun & Snow ships to U.S. addresses only.

Using package forwarders

Many international customers use third‑party forwarders. Once a package is delivered to the address provided at checkout, Sun & Snow and our carriers are not liable for loss or damage that occurs after delivery.

Return Policy

Effective December 1, 2024

1. Eligibility for returns

  • Return within 30 days of the shipment date.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
  • Proof of purchase required.

  • Customized items
  • Team swim suits
  • Grab bag suits
  • Items discounted 50% or more
  • Eyewear including sunglasses and snow goggles
  • Helmets

3. How to start a return

  • Use the link in your order email to initiate a return.
  • After approval, pack the item securely and ship to:

4. Refunds

  • We will email you once your return is received and inspected.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
