Quick Pass for Shoppers
Quick Pass lets shoppers book a limited shopping time slot so lines move fast and everyone gets personal help with sizing and fit. It opens at 9 AM on the Wednesday before each swap weekend.
Quick Pass is for shoppers. It is not used for seller drop-off.

How to sell your gear
Items must be dropped off by 6 PM on the Thursday before your event date.
Every season, around 90% of all items sell at our swaps. Your gear has an excellent chance of finding a new home and putting cash back in your pocket. Drop off at either Sun & Snow Plymouth or Sun & Snow Ann Arbor. Our team tags, transports, and sets up your items at the swap. You don’t have to lift a finger.
- Clean your gear and confirm it is safe to use
- Bring items to Plymouth or Ann Arbor by the Thursday 6 PM deadline
- Set your asking price — our staff can help suggest fair pricing
- We tag, transport, and display your gear at the swap
- Unsold items automatically travel with us to the remaining swap events unless you request an early pull. Early pulls can only be done on the Sunday of each event while trailers are being reloaded for the next stop. Most sellers leave their gear with us for the full tour since our sell-through rate is about 90%. After the final January swap, any remaining items must be claimed by February 1, or they’ll be donated to charity.
What we accept
- Skis, snowboards, boots, poles, bindings
- No helmets, recalled items, broken gear, or unsafe equipment
Seller fees and payout
- Consignment fee: 25 percent of the sale price
- Payout: Checks are ready the Thursday following each event. Checks may be mailed upon request for a one dollar fee

Frequently asked questions
Is Quick Pass required?
No. Quick Pass is optional and for shoppers only. Walk in shoppers are welcome during regular hours.
Do you set up bindings on swap purchases?
Yes. Our techs can set bindings and perform safety checks for an additional service fee during or after the swap. Ask at checkout.
Can I return a swap item?
Swap sales are final. If you have a concern, email the team and we will do our best to help.
What if I miss the pickup window?
Items not picked up during the posted window are donated. Please set a reminder at check in.
Do you accept race gear or junior race skis?
Yes. Bring race gear that is current and in safe condition. We can advise on pricing at check in.
